Internal Comms Lead
Victoria has eighteen years’ experience of working in charity and not-for-profit communications. She has helped organisations to attract and inspire supporters and forge deep connections with their members.
Victoria knows that for people to believe in a charity, they need to feel an emotional connection to the cause and see evidence of the impact that their money is making. She believes that real-life stories are the most powerful way of inspiring people to become part of a movement for change. Her most recent role at the NSPCC saw her working as part of a high value fundraising team creating bids to secure £1 million plus gifts.
At London Business School Victoria spent six years as the editorial manager, where she relaunched their flagship magazine Business Strategy Review which was awarded 'Best corporate publication - not-for-profit and public sector organisations' by CorpComms Awards.
Victoria has a passion for voluntary work, particularly causes around children and families. She is currently supporting mothers through the NCT Birth and Beyond programme, has been a mentor for the children’s charity Family Action and has trained as a Samaritans listening volunteer.
Victoria holds a BA in Social and Cultural Studies from the University of Nottingham, and a Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
